What to write, and what happens next
Reply with two or three times that suit you, and say roughly how many people are in the practice and what you are working on. Nothing to send and nothing to prepare.
Then we take forty five minutes on a screen share, on your machine. You open any project you like, finished or live, and I ask questions while you navigate. Nothing leaves your office during the session and no file changes hands. Within two working days you get three findings in writing, with what each is costing you in hours.
I will sign your NDA before we start, or send you mine.
Before you write
- Archicad only. I work with practices already running it, so there is no learning curve on either side and no platform migration in the conversation. Archicad 26 to 29, BIMcloud, BIMx and Solibri, with IFC and BCF exchange for consultants working in other platforms, including Autodesk.
- Two retained practices at a time, plus one audit a month. That cap is what keeps the retained work responsive instead of queued. Current openings on request.
- The person on the call does the work. OS Group is one person, and that is the whole offer.
When I am at the desk
Central Time UTC−6, with two working windows. Each engagement is anchored to one of them, so you get consistent hours rather than scattered availability.
| Window | Covers | Which is |
|---|---|---|
| 07:00 to 10:00 CT | United Kingdom, Ireland and continental Europe | Early to late afternoon your side |
| 10:00 to 19:00 CT | Every United States and Canadian time zone | The full business day, coast to coast |
For Switzerland, Austria and Germany that is 15:00 to 18:00 your time. For the United Kingdom and Ireland, 13:00 to 16:00. Outside those windows, email still reaches me and gets a reply the next working morning. It is currently Central Time UTC−6.
Book forty five minutes.
A screen share on your machine, three findings in writing afterwards, at no charge.
A 25 project portfolio and a written engagement note are available on request.
